    Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to join their team. As a Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Digital Experiences (CDX) team supporting innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a visionary approach to data strategy, and excellent collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

    Senior Data Analytics Manager

    **Location:** Remote (PST hours)

    **Duration:** 18-month contract

    **Pay Range:** $58 - $60/hour on W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead high-impact data initiatives aligned with the CDX data roadmap, including project management and cross-functional coordination.

    + Manage data requests by prioritizing and refining marketer needs for segments and conversions.

    + Ensure compliance with data handling practices aligned with GDPR, DMA, and other regulations.

    + Drive the adoption of new tools that enhance data capabilities across analytics and marketing teams.

    + Translate complex data into clear narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 8-10 years of experience in data strategy and governance, with a focus on aligning data with business outcomes.

    + 8 years of experience in predictive analytics and scoring, skilled in building engagement models.

    + 7 years of experience with customer journey analytics, mapping and optimizing cross-channel journeys.

    + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience.

    + 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
