Our client, a leading provider of digital label printing solutions, is seeking a Technical Support & Product Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support & Product Specialist, you will be part of the technical support department, contributing to the success of the organization by ensuring optimal performance of printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of printer systems, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Technical Support & Product Specialist

**Location:** Milpitas, CA

**Pay Range:** $26.00 - $30.00/hr

What's the Job?

+ Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers.

+ Repair and maintain printer hardware.

+ Respond to customer inquiries related to printer issues.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot printer-related problems.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

What's Needed?

+ 2+ years of experience in printer maintenance or a related technical field.

+ Strong understanding of the printer's mechanical components.

+ Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

+ Familiarity with networking protocols and equipment.
