Job Title: GEC Operations Analyst

Department: Global Execution Center (GEC) / Operations

Job Summary:

+ We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GEC Operations Analyst to support the Global Execution Center (GEC) in managing operational dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), budget tracking, and strategic reporting. This role will play a key part in ensuring that GEC operations align with overall business goals, budget controls, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and update the GEC activities and opportunities dashboard, ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs and operational insights.

+ Expand and refine Pulse reporting, ensuring alignment with budget/Flash metrics and forecasting.

+ Provide comprehensive monthly management reports covering KPIs, budget updates, and ongoing operational activities.

+ Maintain strict GEC budget control, ensuring expenditures are in line with allocated budgets.

+ Identify and implement opportunities to improve cost efficiency and optimize spending without compromising performance.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, business reporting, or financial planning.

+ Solid understanding of budget control and financial reporting practices.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
