The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
CNO Financial Group’s **Optavise** is hiring a **Worksite Sales Communication Consultant** to be responsible for strategic vision and execution of communication needs in every phase of the Optavise sales lifecycle. This includes personalized and tailored client facing communication for all phases of the sales process, at scale, and monitoring their effectiveness to identify areas of improvement.
This is your opportunity to manage presentations within a robust Content Management System (Seismic), providing sales teams with personalization at scale capabilities.
As a** **Worksite Sales Communication Consultant,** **your responsibilities will include:
+ Developing tailored content for Benefits Services materials in the sales cycle, including presentations, discovery guides, etc.
+ Crafting high-quality, compelling content that engages the audience and drives action.
+ Supporting sales managers by tailoring communication to the audience, using persuasive language, and actively listening to understand customer needs.
+ Development of presentations, graphics, and other types of media-based materials for internal and external usage.
+ Updating Sales Enablement tools (Pardot, Seismic, Salesforce, etc.) for new product updates as part of product rollout planning
+ Creating enablement communication strategy, delivering tailored communication to customers at various parts of the buyer’s journey.
+ Managing presentations within the Content Management System to optimize and standardize the sales presentation process, improving use of communication collateral
+ Developing and implementing sales education materials for new product launches – product training modules, talk tracks, rebuttals, training modules, etc.
Worksite Sales Communication Consultant position** **is well-suited for you if you:
+ Clearly understand persuasive, audience centered communication principles and practices.
+ Can create narratives, scripts, design slides and incorporate multimedia elements such as images, videos and animations to create compelling presentations.
+ Are experienced with creative design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva, similar tools, etc.).
+ Have excellent judgment, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) including ability to articulate progress, concerns, and recommendations in concise and timely manner.
+ Are results-oriented with excellent attention to detail, yet able to maintain focus on the big picture.
+ Collaborate and are highly adaptive to change and team-focused culture.
+ Have strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
+ Are experienced with presentations to all levels within the Company required.
+ Work well in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills, including focused strategies for on-time and high-quality delivery.
+ Have an energetic approach to role with a sense of urgency and committed to excellent sales experience.
+ Possess a customer service mindset that collaborates effectively across the organization **.**
What you’ll need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communication/Rhetoric, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
+ Five years of communication, marketing or PR in healthcare, insurance, or employer benefits market.
What will set you apart:
+ Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communication/Rhetoric, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
+ Seven years of experience with Seismic experience preferred.
+ Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
