The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. Overview/Scope of Position:

As the Manager of the Trade Compliance Center of Excellence, this person will be responsible for leading a team focused on ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and policies. The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain best practices in trade compliance & auditing within the organization, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Purpose and Major Responsibilities of Position:

+ Develop and implement trade compliance strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with global trade regulations.

+ Lead a team of trade compliance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

+ Develop regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, supply chain, and operations, to address trade compliance matters.

+ Stay informed about changes in trade regulations and industry trends, and provide guidance on policy impacts to the business.

+ Implement training programs to educate employees on trade compliance requirements and best practices.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline trade compliance processes and enhance operational efficiency.

+ Prepare and submit reports to senior management on trade compliance performance, issues, and recommended actions.

Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

_Required_

+ Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in customs compliance roles.

+ In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, complianceprocesses, and international trade practices.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The range for this position is $115,726.00 - $159,124.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
