    About this role:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Business Management Lead** (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to support the **Head of HR Product Strategy & Operations team** . This team plays a critical role in shaping the future of our HR (Human Resources) Products. We drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our product roadmap effectively meets the needs of our employees and the business. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and execution across the team, enabling the leadership to focus on strategic priorities. You will manage key operational rhythms, contribute to strategic planning, and facilitate effective communication across various stakeholders.

    In this role you will:

    + **Management Routines:** Design, implement, and manage regular team meetings, including agenda creation, follow-up on action items, and tracking progress against goals. Streamline internal communication processes and ensure information flow.

    + **Staffing Plans:** Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning, including tracking headcount, assisting with the development of organizational charts, and coordinating internal team movements.

    + **Strategic Priorities:** Support the development and tracking of strategic initiatives. Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate progress and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Help to operationalize strategic decisions within the team

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Facilitate collaboration and communication across the HR Product Strategy & Operations team and with other relevant departments (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, Finance)

    + **Project Coordination:** Manage and support specific projects and initiatives on behalf of the Head of HR Product Strategy & Operations, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.

    + **Operational Excellence:** Identify opportunities to improve team processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + **5+ years of experience in a business operations, program management, or similar role.**

    + Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    + **Experience within Human Resources from an Agile or Product perspective a plus.**

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

    + Proven ability to work independently and proactively.

    + Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite)

    **Job Expectations** :

     

    Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

    Position Location:

    Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) – 550 S. 4th Street

     

    Must be based in the above location or willing to relocate at your own expense.

     

    Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

     

    This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $96,600.00 - $171,800.00
