    As a CBRE Analytics & AI Delivery Manager, you will be directly accountable for drafting the “art of possible” across our analytics value chain, working in close partnership with senior business partners, including heads of businesses, fund managers, operations leads and client services personnels. This would include the articulation of the business problem, quantification of the impact, driving the end output using design thinking principles and leading the execution with the analytics implementation and delivery teams. You will stay on the cutting edge of AI advances, helping deliver best in class, innovative solutions to propel the business forward.

     

    Within this role, you will be the main contact for stakeholders across select businesses, applying domain knowledge to help design, deliver and support high value solutions. This role guides efforts of our Advanced Analytics and AI team, responsible for enablement and delivery of our analytics engineering needs from design to delivery. You will work closely with the business to understand the problem and input / output KPIs, subsequently engaging with the Agile team to refine user stories as well as expected work, signing off on the delivery timeline. You will act as the single point of domain contact throughout the analytics engineering product lifecycle, establishing relationships with key partners and business leadership.

    What You'll Do:

    + Design, draft and quantify a high impact analytics use case pipeline, spanning process automation, digital dashboards, advanced analytics and AI, with a sharp focus on business value

    + Lead and handle the funnel across the various stages of conceptualization, solutioning, delivery and adoption, articulating clearly the state of affairs, both in qualitative and quantitative KPIs across phases

    + Develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders and institute AI council to drive advanced analytics and AI conceptualizations across the board

    + Drive design thinking workshops and UI/UX visualizations, in partnership with various SME teams, ensuring adoption and value delivery for end state deliverables

    + Assume single point of accountability and delivery responsibility for use cases, working closely with business collaborators and analytics delivery teams

    + Holds the pen on articulating use case prioritization and phasing of outcomes, improving demand and supply and ensuring fast and efficient value extractions

    + Master external orientation in understanding innovation and changing market landscapes in advanced analytics and AI, with respect to the industry, and bringing in ideas for driving innovation and partnerships

    + Contribute to change management efforts, training, stakeholder upskilling with demos and release note and drive end-user adoption

    + Partner with stakeholders to identify and plan for dependencies, fill analytics engineering product gaps, and research opportunities to provide new and enhanced analytics engineering products and/or features.

    + Bachelor's degree (relevant fields of studies could be computer science, engineering, data science or design, but we are open for candidates who have a different study background).

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in working within Real Estate or Asset Management within the business or digital domain, liaising with business teams and leadership on accelerating digital solutions, particularly around advanced analytics & AI.

    + Ideally minimum of 2 years of experience in working with information systems in any of the following areas: business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and/or UAT (User Acceptance Testing) execution

    + Strong understanding of real estate investment management activities.

    + Solid understanding of the latest AI technologies and concepts, such as Open AI API framework, MCP server, vector databases

    + Ideally strong understanding of an agile software development process

    + Superb communication skills

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

    + Genuine passion/affinity with solving analytics engineering and AI needs, partnering with business and digital to drive business value: what you lack in (technical) knowledge you make up for with a willingness to learn.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Analytics & AI Delivery Manager position is $210,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Analytics & AI Delivery Manager position is $230,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
