    Description

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for core services that power millions of devices worldwide. In this role, you will own the product strategy for our device management stack, including Over-the-Air Updates (OTA), Device Messaging (push and peer-to-peer), and the Connex platform that ensures persistent, secure connectivity.

This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of software, hardware, and cloud services. You will define and deliver platform capabilities that are critical to device reliability, messaging, and real-time responsiveness across our global fleet. Your work will shape how devices stay updated, stay connected, and communicate — driving foundational changes that affect everything from customer experience to operational efficiency.

    Key job responsibilities

    - Own the product vision and roadmap for OTA, Messaging, and Connex platforms across the entire device lifecycle

    - Define and deliver core capabilities around device identity, onboarding, authentication, and policy management

    - Partner closely with engineering, UX, security, and operations to turn complex technical requirements into scalable platform solutions

    - Drive API design, developer experience, and internal adoption across a broad set of device and app teams

    - Analyze customer needs, operational telemetry, and industry trends to inform product prioritization

    - Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership and partner teams

    - Influence technical direction for systems that must be highly reliable, low-latency, and operate at global scale

    - Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor on platform strategy, product mechanics, and system-level tradeoffs
