As a Sr. Product Manager you will own B2B deal workflow automation and associated tooling. You will define requirements, work with engineering teams, and manage a roadmap to enable a rapidly scaling business through automation.
Key job responsibilities
You are responsible for collecting and translating requirements from sales and operations teams to develop new workflow features that support scaling worldwide. You will work across the deal lifecycle, from response through to renewal to quantify, prioritize, and build solutions for key workflow bottlenecks. You will own business case development, roadmap planning, and feature build/launch activities. Your main goal will be to provide tools and services that enable sales and operations teams to decrease friction and improve deal CX through automation.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
