Job Description:

As a Warehouse Lead at our Brownsburg location, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

Compensation Range: $20-25/Hour + Benefits

(Compensation varies based on experience and education)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Order Fulfillment:

+ Assist with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.

+ Efficiently and accurately assemble customer orders.

+ Prepare orders for shipment (palletizing, boxing, labeling).

+ Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping instructions.

+ Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.

+ Inventory Management:

+ Properly mark materials with identifying information.

+ Regularly weigh and count items to ensure accurate inventory.

+ Organize the warehouse and maintain orderliness.

+ Customer Service:

+ Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups.

+ Safety and Compliance:

+ Ensure a safe and accessible warehouse environment.

+ Adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

+ Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documents.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

+ Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Basic mathematical skills.

+ Familiarity with safety regulations.
