US Telecommunications (USTCi) has proudly partnered with Verizon for 25 years, and we're seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialists to join our growing team. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent service to Verizon FiOS customers.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.

This position is 80% work from home and 20% supporting external marketing events. Access to a reliable vehicle will be needed for local travel.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Sell Verizon FiOS TV, Internet, Telephone, and Wireless services by negotiating service order requests for new installations and changes to existing services.

+ Implement weekly advertising and marketing plans to maximize sales effectiveness.

+ Execute and drive strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

+ Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and take proactive action to optimize growth opportunities.

+ Maintain an expert-level understanding of Verizon FiOS products, features, pricing, and functionality.

+ Actively find new ways to build sales and customer accounts.

Experience & Skills Required:

+ Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, familiar with call center applications (example: 5/9), Internet Explorer, and other basic computer programs. Capable of using computers for extended periods.

+ Willingness and ability to learn quickly, retain product information, and apply it effectively.

+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

+ Advanced interpersonal skills; ability to communicate easily and effectively with diverse populations. Must be professional in speech and appearance.

+ Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

+ Availability to work traditional and/or non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

+ Able to work outdoors when attending sales events and promotions.
