Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Billing Analyst to join our team in McDonough, Georgia. This contract position involves managing payroll and billing operations with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. The role requires proficiency in payroll systems, accounting functions, and software tools to ensure smooth operations across multi-state payroll and vendor billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for approximately 1,200 employees across multiple states, alternating between lead and backup responsibilities.

• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll data, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Cross-train with team members to ensure consistent knowledge-sharing and skill-building within the department.

• Manage billing for insurance-related purposes, including allocating costs to 18 subsidiaries for accurate profit and loss reporting.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor bills and other associated financial obligations.

• Prepare and issue checks as part of the billing and payment process.

• Split focus evenly between payroll and billing tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

• Assist with accounting functions, including auditing and accounts receivable tasks, as needed.

• Utilize payroll and accounting software, including Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite, to complete daily responsibilities efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll processing and billing functions, ideally in a multi-state environment.

• Strong proficiency in Paycom, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including accounts receivable and profit and loss reporting.

• Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with auditing processes and vendor payment systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.

• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, in McDonough, Georgia.
