Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel in data management, scheduling, and communication, contributing to the success of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain intricate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and arranging travel plans.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and track follow-up tasks to ensure efficient communication and execution.
• Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets and data models using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and conditional formatting.
• Generate insightful reports and assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Support executives in managing special projects by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and compile executive-level summaries for decision-making purposes.
• Draft, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct research on various topics and summarize findings for executive use.
• Develop and implement systems to optimize administrative operations and workflow.
• Address operational challenges proactively to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support or executive assistance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and conditional formatting.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Experience in project coordination and tracking deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workflow management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
