Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing financial records, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure financial records are consistent and error-free.

• Manage invoice processing and ensure timely billing to clients.

• Handle data entry tasks related to financial documentation and reporting.

• Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel to track and organize financial information.

• Assist in the release of liens and maintain compliance with construction-related financial processes.

• Collaborate with team members to support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions for auditing purposes.

• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all accounting activities. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and SAP.

• Strong ability to perform account reconciliation and manage financial records.

• Familiarity with construction-related accounting processes, including the release of liens.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members.

• Commitment to maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
