    About the Role:

    As a Medical Billing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare operations by ensuring timely and accurate billing processes. This contract-to-hire position offers long-term potential for individuals who thrive in detail-oriented, essential roles.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Enter and analyze data related to claims, payments, collections, and insurance denials

    + Post payments and complete reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail

    + Submit claims, review for errors, and manage resubmissions for proper reimbursement

    + Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues efficiently

    + Follow up on denials and implement resolution strategies to improve revenue flow

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Prior experience in medical billing and coding

    + Strong understanding of claims processing, EOB posting, and billing corrections

    + Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a service-focused mindset

    + Familiarity with EMR systems (experience with eCW is a plus)

    + Background in medical billing or insurance is strongly preferred
