Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead and enhance our marketing strategies in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in driving brand growth, managing campaigns, and leveraging digital tools to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and visibility.

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including Google AdWords campaigns and social media advertising.

• Manage and optimize content across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.

• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.

• Lead efforts in improving CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Create and manage marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Establish and maintain brand awareness through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and maximize ROI for all marketing initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, including leadership positions.

• Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM platforms.

• Strong expertise in Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.

• Solid understanding of digital advertising and brand management.

• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
