Description We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and vendor partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a digital transformation initiative by leveraging your technical and functional expertise to solve complex problems and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Assist with the design, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

• Develop and maintain queries to extract, analyze, and correct business data as needed.

• Conduct testing of business processes, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and creating appropriate test scripts.

• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to end-users and team members.

• Support data integration efforts from legacy systems and third-party applications into Oracle Fusion.

• Analyze and decipher software log and trace files to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and modules.

• Offer implementation advice to align product functionality with business processes, improving overall efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and related modules.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work night shifts and support 24/7 operations as required.

• Knowledge of external data integration services for Oracle Fusion Applications.

• Proficiency in client-side scripting, cloud technologies, API development, and ERP/CRM systems.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and creating test scripts for functional validation.
