    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a leading organization to find a talented Senior Financial Analyst for a contract-to-hire role. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll take ownership of financial forecasting, analysis, and modeling to guide strategic decision-making. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, develop budgets, and provide insights into key business metrics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel and ERP expertise, a deep understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct advanced financial analysis and modeling, providing actionable insights to leadership.

    + Manage and support the monthly forecasting and budgeting process across multiple departments

    + Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards for reporting to stakeholders

    + Evaluate financial performance by identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

    + Work with teams to enhance ERP systems for improved reporting and analysis capabilities

    + Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and impacts on corporate strategy

    + Assist with compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies

    Requirements

    + Minimum 5+ years of financial analysis experience; prior experience in senior-level positions or leadership roles preferred

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred

    + Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel, including modeling and pivot tables

    + Strong communication skills, ability to work across multiple teams, and exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability
