Description

Alison Brenchley is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client based in Hayward, CA. The HR Generalist will be an integral part of our team, handling basic HR Generalist duties and supporting payroll operations. The role also requires a bilingual Spanish speaker. Flexible work schedule open to full or part time schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support, covering all aspects of the HR function

• Assist in payroll operations, leveraging ADP for efficient processing

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling HR-related inquiries

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems

• Participate in budget processes to ensure HR operations are within financial guidelines

• Manage domestic payroll for a team of under 100 employees

• Leverage your communication skills to resolve HR issues

• Contribute to the overall success of our HR department by performing other HR duties as required

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar

• Proficiency in using 3M for various HR-related tasks

• Experience in utilizing ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial processes

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Ability to work with time management software such as About Time

• In-depth understanding of budget processes related to HR operations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience in compliance management in HR context

• Strong customer service skills, particularly in an HR capacity

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks

• Proficiency in HR Payroll System operations

• Experience in handling Domestic Payroll

• Knowledge in manual payroll processes

• Experience in managing payroll for under 100 employees
