Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Verification Specialist to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of orders, pricing, and data reporting while collaborating with multiple departments to streamline processes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily order verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with the finance team during monthly, quarterly, and annual invoice reviews.

• Identify and address systematic training issues and recommend process improvements.

• Validate data collection for internal systems and ensure its accuracy.

• Provide backup support for non-standard order verification reporting.

• Review orders and pricing details to ensure alignment with company standards.

• Communicate with Customer Service, Accounting and Pricing Specialist to confirm and verify pricing accuracy.

• Generate data reports and perform analysis using Excel and specialized software.

• Assist pricing associates with price quote requests and provide additional support as needed.

• Maintain strong attention to detail and manage tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate-level skills required.

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
