Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in West Babylon, New York. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with a strong background in accounting and financial management. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing key bookkeeping functions and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to maintain up-to-date records.

• Prepare monthly closings and generate detailed financial reports.

• Oversee payroll processing, including handling transactions through ADP systems.

• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing annual budgets.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to track financial data and streamline processes.

• Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and maintain inventory records.

• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with management to address financial queries and provide insights. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other computerized accounting systems.

• Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and processes.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Ability to manage budgets and perform cash flow analysis.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication abilities to liaise with team members and management.
