Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing efficient accounting processes, leading a team with confidence, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth and attention to detail.

• Oversee lease accounting activities and ensure adherence to relevant standards.

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and reporting.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle to streamline operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function. Requirements • Proven experience in accounting, with a strong focus on financial reporting and reconciliation.

• Expertise in lease accounting and familiarity with accounting standards.

• Background in retail or wholesale accounting is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.

• Experience with month-end close processes and preparing journal entries.

• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
