Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Moonachie, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle a variety of billing and accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. This position requires proficiency in accounting systems and a strong ability to manage financial transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Utilize accounting software systems to handle billing and financial tasks.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records with precision.

• Address and resolve billing inquiries, providing excellent customer service during inbound calls.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to financial procedures and deadlines.

• Work with computerized billing systems to streamline and optimize processes.

• Generate financial reports and summaries as required.

• Support the accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ADP, EHR, and Epic Software.

• Experience with computerized billing and financial management.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and resolve inquiries efficiently.

• Familiarity with general accounting functions and financial reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prior experience in a similar billing or accounting role preferred.
