Description

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in finance and accounting to deliver valuable insights that support operational and financial success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial reports, including costing and variance analysis, to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with operations teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of workflows and provide actionable insights.

• Analyze and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement strategies for capital management and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and maintain the integrity of financial data.

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

• Support standard cost accounting practices to enhance efficiency and transparency.

• Provide leadership in financial planning initiatives and present findings to key stakeholders.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

• Proven ability to produce accurate financial data and detailed costing/variance reports.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.

• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards and financial analysis techniques.

• Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in budget processes, capital management, and standard cost accounting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
