Description We are looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our investment processes, including reconciliation efforts, trade support, and transaction management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization in the real estate and property industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash and security reconciliations across multiple asset classes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

• Provide operational support for a variety of investments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives, by managing trade verification, affirmation, and communication processes.

• Oversee and support transactions related to corporate actions, holdings, collateral settlements, private equity, and strategy changes, ensuring efficient operational workflows.

• Communicate effectively with portfolio managers, traders, brokers, custodians, and fund accountants to address time-sensitive issues and maintain smooth operations.

• Research and resolve failed trades while ensuring proper reporting of foreign exchange positions and exposures.

• Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, custodians, and key vendors, to support the investment process.

• Deliver timely and accurate cash forecasting and reporting to support investment decision-making.

• Support the implementation of operational tools and systems designed to enhance efficiency and align with business growth objectives.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes and address operational challenges. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Up to 3 years of experience in investment operations or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with financial software used for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to adapt to early morning working hours to align with U.S. market schedules.

• Desire to learn and deepen understanding of investment processes and the asset management industry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
