    Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative and financial operations in our Greenville, South Carolina office. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of billing, accounts receivable, human resources, and office management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and bookkeeping, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the company’s billing and invoicing processes, ensuring all transactions are accurate and completed on time.

    • Oversee accounts receivable activities, including tracking outstanding balances and coordinating collection efforts.

    • Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining records, and coordinating benefits.

    • Administer company insurance policies, including renewals, claims, and compliance with relevant regulations.

    • Act as the primary point of contact with external vendors, including accounting and insurance providers.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations concerning HR and financial practices.

    • Assist with payroll processing and monitor employee time tracking when necessary.

    • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.

    • Provide general office support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or similar roles.

    • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, billing systems, and collection procedures.

    • Familiarity with human resources practices, including employee onboarding and benefits coordination.

    • Experience managing insurance policies and claims is preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software is a plus.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.

    • Strong communication skills to professionally interact with clients, staff, and external vendors.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or human resources preferred.
