Position Description:
This role can be filled from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, Knoxville, or Lafayette.
CGI is seeking a Scum Master / Business Analyst to lead an onshore / offshore team in the payments banking space.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Leading team to analyze requirements, build plans, an ultimately set and meet development and deployment goals.
• Interaction with client product owner as well as the project stakeholders
• Writing user stories, then working with development team to refine and turn into development tasks.
• Scheduling and leading all scrum ceremonies
• API analysis with a tool such as Postman
• Data mapping between fields and database
• Providing status to client, CGI, and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Multiple years (4+) of experience in a scrum master role.
• Experience in creating information radiators that show progress of stories, features, and releases to stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with and understand software developers.
• Ability to communicate with subject matter experts in the domain of the product
• Ability to collect and distribute status at all levels of the organization
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Experience with Postman or similar tool
• Experience in writing user stories
• Attention to detail, ability to document research findings
• Some experience at some point in hands-on coding is desired
• Experience with Confluence or similar tools
• Experience in banking/finance industry a plus, especially asset/wealth management
• Experience as a customer / user of a banking or wealth web application is a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $173,500.00.
