    Description

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

    + Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

    + Process and record month-end close activities, such as preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.

    + Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes by producing detailed financial analyses.

    + Analyze and report on production costs, inventory valuations, and other cost accounting tasks.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within accounting workflows.

    + Leverage advanced Excel and ERP software to streamline financial reporting and data analysis.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    + 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with preference given to candidates with manufacturing industry experience.

    + Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
