    We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy and supporting administrative tasks.     Responsibilities:

    • Input and update data with speed and accuracy, maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Manage and organize digital and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.

    • Perform calculations and data verification to ensure the integrity of records.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, and analysis tasks.

    • Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication.

    • Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents for record-keeping.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

    • Use QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to manage financial records and transactions.

    • Type and format documents with precision, adhering to company guidelines.

    • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve data entry processes.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in data entry with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.

    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for financial record-keeping.

    • Effective email communication skills with a clear and detail-oriented writing style.

    • Ability to organize files and manage documentation efficiently.

    • Strong typing skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately.

    • Experience with scanning equipment and digitizing documents.

    • Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and support team needs.
