Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to focus on litigation with an emphasis on research and writing, requiring strong analytical skills. While primarily remote, the role is based in Miami, Florida, and requires someone with a solid background in legal writing and federal court practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support litigation strategies and case preparation.

• Draft, review, and edit legal documents with precision and clarity, including court filings and motions.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strong arguments and case strategies for federal court proceedings.

• Analyze complex legal issues and present findings in a concise, well-written manner.

• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Respond to constructive feedback to improve and refine legal writing and research skills.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in legal practice.

• Stay updated on changes in federal and commercial litigation laws to provide informed recommendations.

• Participate in case discussions and provide analytical insights to strengthen legal positions. Requirements

• Must hold a valid law license and be in good standing in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.

• Demonstrated expertise in legal research and writing with strong analytical abilities.

• Proven track record of drafting high-quality legal documents and court filings.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• Strong communication skills and the willingness to accept constructive criticism.

• Familiarity with commercial litigation processes and federal court practices.

• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of legal work.
