    Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This role involves overseeing comprehensive bookkeeping functions for multiple entities, managing office operations, and supporting HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a flexible and collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance, for three operating companies and multiple LLCs.

    • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

    • Oversee office management responsibilities, including administrative tasks and general operations.

    • Support HR functions, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and policy coordination.

    • Collaborate with external tax professionals to ensure compliance and accurate filings.

    • Implement and maintain processes in AppFolio for property management and financial operations.

    • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements as needed.

    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the organization.

    • Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on accounting-related matters.

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping role.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong understanding of general accounting principles.

    • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is preferred.

    • Demonstrated experience in office management and administrative functions.

    • Basic knowledge of HR processes, including benefits and payroll administration.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting tools.

    • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
