Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle HR operations for a dynamic organization with a workforce of over 300 employees. Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, fostering a culture of open communication and engagement.

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and other company-sponsored plans.

• Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives to align HR practices with business goals.

• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using tools such as ADP Workforce Now.

• Lead efforts to maintain and enhance HR software systems, such as Vista by Viewpoint, to streamline operations.

• Conduct training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.

• Take ownership of HR audits and reporting to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within a mid-to-large organization.

• Familiarity with HR software systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Vista by Viewpoint, is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

• Proven ability to manage full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.

• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

• HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus.
