Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team in Monroe, Louisiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for a leading baby product brand with a strong presence in North America. You will oversee diverse marketing efforts, including brand awareness, product launches, consumer engagement, and partnerships, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

• Oversee product launches and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as eCommerce and sales, to optimize marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition.

• Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, retailers, and other stakeholders to expand market reach.

• Lead social media strategies to monetize platforms and convert engagement into sales.

• Analyze marketing data and consumer insights to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Prepare compelling marketing presentations for key retail partners, such as Target, Walmart, and Amazon.

• Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality content for digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Drive the development of licensing opportunities for complementary product categories, such as apparel and pet products. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the baby products industry.

• Proven track record in B2C and B2B marketing, with expertise in brand and consumer marketing.

• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, big box retailers, and national retail partnerships.

• Experience in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in analyzing marketing analytics and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
