    **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for an **Associate Procurement Analyst** to support the BDS Supply Chain Planning team in Berkeley, MO!

     

    The **Associate Procurement Analyst** will assist with support for supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance in a defined commodity area. Strong communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in this role

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Measures key performance indicators

    + Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources

    + Prepares reports

    + Reviews procurement/planning systems

    + Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities

    + Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

    + Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.

    + Communicates project objectives and activities

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + More than 1 year of experience supporting internal customers

    + Experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    + More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

    + Experience in supplier management or supply chain management

    + More than 1 year of experience with Supply Chain Planning

    + More than 1 experience managing and coordinating supply/demand imbalances

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range: $63,750 – $78,750
