As a **Security Professional - Unarmed Driving Patrol** in **Southfield, MI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible throughout the property. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with tenants and visitors. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, working collaboratively with your team, and upholding our commitment to reliability and innovation in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues.

+ Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and unwanted activity within the location by maintaining a visible presence.

+ Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols.

+ Communicate with property management and other team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
