Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Accounts Payable Specialist to be part of our team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be tasked with the efficient and accurate handling of customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer credit records, and addressing customer queries. This role also entails supervising customer accounts and executing the necessary actions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications with accuracy

• Keep up-to-date and precise records of customer credit

• Address and resolve any customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and execute necessary actions as required

• Manage high volumes of invoices ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain financial records

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Implement ADP - Financial Services for effective financial management

• Utilize Concur for expense reporting and invoice management

• Apply knowledge of Accrual Accounting in managing financial data

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated business management

• Manage Account Coding and Accounts Payable (AP) functions

• Implement Automated Clearing House (ACH) for electronic payments and collections. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for the successful execution of responsibilities.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is crucial for the role.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Knowledge of Concur software will be beneficial.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is a must.

• Auditing skills are necessary for maintaining financial accuracy.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is required.
