Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Carpinteria, California. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various financial and administrative tasks to support the operations of our purchasing department. Your contributions will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize daily team tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Oversee and verify the preparation and reconciliation of financial data, ensuring accuracy.

• Approve and manage departmental wire requests and trade file operations.

• Assign and analyze service and research requests to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Track, implement, and report on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Act as the department’s subject matter expert and first point of escalation for complex issues.

• Manage periodic reporting for cost basis and tax lot compliance.

• Ensure all tasks align with company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Lead internal projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders remain informed.

• Mentor and train team members, providing regular feedback and conducting developmental meetings. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least four years of experience in a financial services or operations role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data reconciliation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
