    Description

    Robert Half has frequent needs from our clients in the local area for experienced Accountants. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and have the expertise to handle complex accounting and financial reporting tasks.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

    • Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

    • Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

    • Implement and maintain internal controls to streamline accounting processes.

    • Supervise staff accountants and mentor junior team members.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    • CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.

    • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior role.

    • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

    • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
