Description

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This is a local Hybrid Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term stability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and managing data while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into the Sage system with precision and attention to detail.

• Review and cross-Check data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors and ensuring proper documentation.

• Research and gather additional information to resolve incomplete records or discrepancies.

• Create and manage reports, organize completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup tasks.

• Digitize and maintain files through scanning and printing as needed.

• Safeguard sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data management processes.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical records for easy accessibility.

Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume data entry roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management programs, including Sage.

• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for identifying and correcting errors.

• Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy to ensure error-free data entry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
