    Job Summary

    The Digital Process Operations Manager will play a key role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the organization. This position will collaborate with IT Business Technology leaders and Parker Business Process Functional leaders and HPTs to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital solutions and related applications. The leader will also partner with Parker Lean organization to develop and execute business process improvements associated with new digital business process solutions and process automation.

     

    + Lead collaborative efforts with IT business technology leaders and Parker Business Process Functional leaders and HPTs to architect a comprehensive digital framework for business processes.

    + Engage with Business Process HPTs and Parker Lean organization to identify, develop, and execute initiatives for business process improvement in preparation for the implementation of core digital solutions, ensuring an accelerated implementation process.

    + Champion the strategic alignment of all solutions, establishing clear implementation scopes and milestones that optimize the implementation effort and elevate the business adoption experience.

    + Develop and execute an overarching business process digital automation strategy that leverages available and future digital automation applications and methodologies, including business process Kaizen.

    + Develop and execute a comprehensive company-wide workflow strategy to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across departments.

    + Design and implement a digital solution implementation business benefit analysis and reporting tool, highlighting the expected gains and improvements resulting from the implementation.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    + Experience:

    + Over 10 years of experience in implementing digital IT solutions, optimizing processes, or in related fields, with a robust background in digital solutions.

    + Parker Division IT and/or Operations working experience is required.

    + Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

    + Skills:

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to think strategically and drive change within the organization.

    + Strong understanding of process improvement techniques.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
