KPSG is based in Fort Worth, Texas with Engineering activities centralized in the Fort Worth facility (along with Finance, Human Resources, Customer Operations, Sales, and Installation Services), supporting product manufacturing in three locations: Fort Worth; Piney Flats, TN; and Goodyear, AZ.

KPS Global is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, to join the Sales Group.
The Regional Sales Manager develops key relationships and strategically sells KPS Global products and services in order to achieve top and bottom line objectives and ensure total customer satisfaction. Develop relationships with key decision makers and influence inside of key accounts at multiple levels. Work with customers’ field operations team to gain incremental sales opportunities and assist with successfully completing projects. Solve field problems and consult with customers to improve KPS Global’s equipment packages. Ensure internal sales team meets customer and organizational requirements.
Position also requires periodic, intermittent travel up to 50% to various worksites within the United States. Position also supervises 1 employee.
Required SkillsRequired Experience
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a related position. Experience must include international sales, operations of refrigeration equipment and installations, development of distribution and sales channels, Power BI, business intelligence software, SAP sales modules, creating KPIs, and account management.
