Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operator activities under the guidance of experienced Production Technicians.

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining process equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to optimize production processes.

• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work a shift schedule as required.

• Must be able to work in an industrial environment, which includes lifting 50 lbs., climbing to heights, work in confined spaces, and passing a physical/respirator fit test

EDUCATION: High School diploma required. Current PTEC student within their last two semesters of a Process Technology (PTEC) program. GPA of 3.00 or higher.
