What You Will Do -
As the Associate Special Operations Representative, you will be responsible for the improvement and continued development of the ProCare Special Operations program and process. This role will support the ProCare Special Operations Team by closely interacting with the Medical Field Service Team and providing support for our Special Operations projects. The Associate Special Operations Representative will continue to assist with and lead Special Operations projects as needed. To be effective in this role, the Associate ProCare Special Operations Representative will interact with multiple departments including field service, field service leadership, sales, marketing and tech support. Additional responsibilities may require you to:
+ Support the Special Operations team through logistical planning and scheduling.
+ Repair and deliver equipment according to Stryker Medical specifications.
+ Perform all required quality control checks and preventive maintenance in accordance with the products operation manual.
+ Present the highest level of customer etiquette in support of the field service and Special Operations teams.
+ Maintain and record assigned calibrated tools and inventory.
+ Partner with our ProCare partners to execute PM projects, upgrades, and various other Special Ops projects.
What You Need -
Required -
+ 2 + years of work experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver license
+ Must move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
Preferred -
+ Experience in field service or project management
+ Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PowerBI
$ **21.58** – $ **37.96** per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
