    Branch Experience Senior Specialist

    This opportunity may be perfect for you if you have experience in:

    About this position:

    Supports and assists Customer Experience Division in meeting established goals and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

    Essential Job Functions:

    > Properly maintain files and documentation to align with department standards, policies and procedures.

     

    > Perform critical functions including cash orders and shipments for bank.

     

    > Complete compliance reporting, management reports, and reconciliation of accounts to include teller differences and AML risk codes.

     

    > Prepare and review branch-generated documentation for accuracy and follow-up.

     

    > Provide administrative support for various department needs and assist in projects as appropriately.

     

    > Facilitate special projects as designated by Branch Experience Management.

    What you will need to thrive in this role:

    In addition to your work and life experiences, as well as your passion and excitement for the profession, you would benefit from having

    Education/Certifications/Experience:

    > Associate's degree or equivalent experience required

     

    > 3 years of experience in customer service, banking, or related experience required

    Skills/Knowledge:

    > Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, vendors, and management

     

    > Proven quality customer service skills: ability to anticipate and interpret customer needs

     

    > Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

     

    > Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines

     

    > Ability to identify and analyze problems and make recommendations for resolution

    Physical Demands:

    > Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.

     

    > Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.

     

    > Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs.

    The salary range for this position is $19.25 - $23.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education.

     

    Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
