    Are you a seasoned expert in business continuity and emergency preparedness with a knack for safeguarding organizations? **Adecco** is seeking a **Senior Business Continuity & Emergency Preparedness Lead** to join our team and drive our operational resilience, focusing on physical security crisis management rather than IT disaster recovery.

     

    + **Pay Rate** : $57.00 /Hr

    + **Location:** On-site (Baltimore, MD)

    + **Shift** : 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

    + **Type:** Temp to hire

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the development and implementation of robust business continuity and emergency preparedness programs.

    + Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on crisis management.

    + Design and facilitate rigorous tabletop and functional exercises, including testing recovery sites and emergency notification systems.

    + Act as a critical liaison during emergencies, coordinating response and recovery.

    + Join our 24/7 on-call rotation for incident and crisis management response.

    + Identify and recommend solutions to risks found during business impact analyses.

    + Collaborate with IT teams to align business continuity with disaster recovery.

    + Stay current on industry best practices, including AI integration.

    + Mentor junior team members.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis/emergency management. (Bachelor's or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience is highly preferred.)

    + Proficiency in consulting, presentation, and project management.

    + Experience with Microsoft Suite and business continuity/crisis management software (Archer and Everbridge a plus).

    + Ability to adhere to a 24/7 on-call schedule (1 week every 3-4 weeks).

    + Focus on non-IT crisis experience, emphasizing physical security and operational resilience.

    **Pay Details:** $57.00 per hour
