A Day in Your Life at MKS: (Summary & Objectives)

As the Principle Financial Analyst overseeing Vacuum products financial data analytics and PowerBI reporting, you will partner with BU leadership, functional leads, and finance colleagues to provide in-depth financial analysis, clearly identifying risks, opportunities, and key opportunities for growth.

This position operates on a hybrid model based out of our Andover, MA office. Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance and commit to working onsite 3 days weekly.

You Will Make an Impact By: (Responsibilities)

+ Managing Vacuum Products Financial data analytics and reporting via PowerBI: daily Orders and Sales, Product and customer performance, as well as factory results.

+ Driving PowerBI adoption in BU functions, leadership, and Finance.

+ Maintaining analytics tools to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.

+ Collaborating with IT on continuous improvement plans for more efficient and deeper analysis.

+ Ensuring user (finance, product management, general management, and operations) requirements are met and continually seeking suggested enhancements for data analysis tools.

+ Creating influential reports that will help make decision-making more efficient, and easier to identify opportunities which add value to MKS financial results.

+ Good communication skills with all stakeholders in the company, understanding the needs related to the business. Must have professional communication skills to express complex ideas in simple terms and to communicate comfortably with key stakeholders and higher-level management.

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

+ Bachelors’ degree preferable in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting

+ 5+ years of experience in Finance Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

+ Advanced Data base and front-end analytics tools (PowerBI, Qlikview, and Tableau)

+ ERP experience, Oracle preferred.

+ Proactive approach & a self-starter, hands on & able to adapt quickly to change, able to absorb new things quickly. Natural curiosity.

Required Skills:

+ PowerBI and other data management tools

+ Business analysis preferably in multinational corporations.
