8:00am-5:00pm
Job Description:
Appraiser support duties:
Leasing & Building Contracts: Hands‑on experience negotiating and managing lease agreements.
Planning & Reporting: Updating and maintaining planning sheets to track project milestones. pre-schedule appraiser trips with direction from appraisers
Appraisal File Management: Reviewing and organizing appraisal documentation.
combine appraisal files to create/add to pdf appraisal file database, place files on archiving server
Client Communication: Proactively updating clients, making follow‑up calls, and ensuring clear coverage.
Technical skills - possibly draw simple buildings from field notes and sketches, make simple revisions to existing appraisals, etc.
NOTE: Have a real estate background or appraiser background that would be a great addition

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
