Adecco is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator for a well-known international beverage company in Burlington! This is a CONTRACT role with only a slight possibility of becoming permanent.
**Hours:** Business Hours, Monday-Friday, WFH Monday and Friday, In-office/Onsite in Burlington, MA Tuesday-Thursday
**Pay:** $32-$36/hour DOE
**General overview:** Responsible for the day-to-day support of the E-Commerce Merchandising Team for promotions and products that support the objectives of Keurig.com. Marketing, Merchandising or Ecomm experience is preferred but not required. The most critical skills needed are attention to detail, ability to pivot and take action quickly, organization, accuracy and juggling several projects at once.
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
+ **Content Management:** o Key stakeholder in bringing all onsite creative assets to life, with close attention to detail to ensure every asset is accurateo Own the end-to-end creative asset project workflow, from brief-in through onsite executiono Partner with designers to troubleshoot or clarify design and messaging challenges, and serve as liaison for escalation to category managers for larger challenges
+ **Business Analytics:** o Actualization of financial performance of all product categorieso Analyze promotional performanceo Ad hoc brand performance analysis
+ **Digital Shelf and Innovation:** o Optimize the product catalog for Keurig.com and the Keurig app, as well as select Keurig marketplaceso Responsible for new product setups, pricing and product launches to ensure products are ready for sale and optimized for performanceo Collaborate with brand partners to ensure best in class inputs for launch of product detail pages
Requirements:
+ Can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, while holding cross-functional partners accountable for deadlines within the project flow
+ Keenly attentive to detail with a strong work ethic
+ Extremely adaptable to immediate changes to the promotional plan, with the ability to work with all stakeholders to ensure they are apprised of these changes
+ Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, including the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions
+ High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Proficiency in project/content management software (Ignite/Inmotion/Lytho, Adobe Digital Asset Management, Invision)
+ Bachelors degree with concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or other related field
+ Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in retail merchandising, retail planning, assistant buyer / category manager support or project management

**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
