    Job Description

    We are looking for a **Network Support Analyst** to ensure the smooth operation of our cutting-edge data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems. This position will be a **temp-to-perm** contract and is **onsite** with on call support.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist the Network Administrator with core network hardware and software installations and upgrades

    + Ensure the smooth operation of data, voice, video/digital signage, and wireless systems

    + Respond to emergency calls outside of normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

    + Conduct routine monitoring and mitigation tasks for network availability

    + Support high-speed Wi-Fi, innovative digital signage, and state-of-the-art security monitoring systems

    + Prepare and present network performance reports

    What You'll Need

    + Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related area

    + Three (3) years of related experience in maintaining network-connected devices and systems

    + Experience with emergency response and on-call support

    + Familiarity with video/digital signage systems and security monitoring technologies

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

    + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
