    General Description: Drive strategic program execution to advance Valent’s business transformation and operational excellence objectives. Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives that enable key business capabilities through platforms such as Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Boomi. Ensure program alignment with Short Range Plan (SRP) and Mid-Range Plan (MRP) priorities, focusing on delivering measurable business value, improving process efficiency, and supporting growth initiatives. Oversee complex, high-impact programs from a business lens—managing governance, financials, risk, and outcomes. Serve as the business lead connecting strategic objectives to execution, partnering with senior leaders, functional teams, and enabling IT to drive enterprise-wide change. Navigate organizational complexity, remove barriers to execution, and resolve challenges that impact business delivery. Champion structured program discipline, business value realization, and continuous improvement to ensure sustainable, high-impact outcomes across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide programs that enable business transformation across CRM, ERP, Procurement, and Integration platforms.

    + Align program execution with Short- and Mid-Range Plans (SRP/MRP) to accelerate strategic business objectives.

    + Drive development of integrated program roadmaps—defining business outcomes, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource needs.

    + Facilitate executive governance, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment to ensure business ownership and accountability.

    + Manage cross-functional dependencies to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide change.

    + Partner with legal, finance, and compliance to align program activities with corporate standards and risk posture.

    + Lead proactive risk and issue resolution to protect business continuity and investment value.

    + Track and communicate business performance metrics, financial impacts (CapEx/OpEx), and value realization.

    + Provide business-side leadership for Salesforce, Boomi, Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

    + Ensure programs meet audit, regulatory, and J-SOX requirements through close partnership with compliance functions.

    + Drive continuous improvement in enterprise program management and execution discipline.

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

    + 6–8 years of IT program/project management experience, preferably in enterprise IT environments.

    + Demonstrated success managing business systems implementations or integrations (Salesforce, SAP, Ariba, Boomi).

    + Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.

    + Experience working with vendors, offshore teams, and matrixed resources.

    + Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks.

    + PMP, SAFe, or comparable certification preferred.

    + Enterprise Platforms: SAP S/4, Salesforce, Ariba, Boomi, Snowflake

    + Tools: ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI

    + Financials: CapEx/OpEx tracking, forecasting, ROI reporting

    + Collaboration: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams

    Soft Skills:

    + Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into actionable business strategies

    + Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders across business and IT

    + Ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling way

    + Proactive and adaptable leader with the ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities

    + High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional alignment

    + Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery

    Base Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from:

    $110,000 to $133,000. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

     

    Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
